Description Set of Welded And Torch Cut Metal Candlesticks are an Example of Paul Evans Early Studio Work and Most Closely Relate To The Technique He Used On The Forged Front Consoles in The Early To Mid 1960's. There are a Pair of Four Candle Cup Holders that measure at 19' High and 8 1/2" Wide and 9 1/4" In Depth. The Single Candlestick With Two Candle Cups Measures at 17 1/2" High and 5" Wide and 8 1/2" in Depth. Originally Paul Evans Kept These Candlesticks In His New York Office as a Memento Of His Early Work. It was Here in The Late 1970's That a Client Saw and Admired Them In His Office. At This Time Paul Evans was Working on a Major Installation in The Clients Maryland Home and Gave Them as a Gift upon Completion of The Project.
