For decades this beautiful pitcher, an artist's creation from my generational homestead, was placed on our 1899 piano to be shown off, reflecting its exceptional copper brown glaze sporting a sculpted dog on one side and on the opposite side a ram, both animals facing a winner’s presentation cup or trophy filled with fruit and flowers.
