Large pair antique English hand painted Spode porcelain chocolate cups with covers and under plates. The sets are hand painted en grisaille with bucolic landscape scenes featuring ruins, cottages and churches enhanced by gilding.

The bases of all the cups and saucers with painted number "382" in red - most likely Spode.

Dimensions:

Large size - wonderful displayed on a mantle.
Cups: 3 3/8" Diameter (lip rim); 4 1/2" High (to lid finial).
Saucers: 5 7/8" Diameter Rim; 7/8" High.

All pieces are in good condition. One of the saucers with a minor flake at the rim. Display beautifully and fully functional.
