This is a large scale two-piece icer.It is American made but I do not remember the manufacturer and the item is unmarked in case you want to ask.

The base, or liner bowl, is filled with crushed or preferable shaved ice (for effect) and then the conical liner bowl is inserted.A chilled beverage or food is served from the chilled inner liner bowl.

It is quite large.The outside bowl measures 10.25" diameter and 8" in height.

The item was used once and deserves a second chance in a home that has the know-how to entertain on a large scale.
