This is a beautiful vintage mustard pot from the Savona collection of Richard Ginori. The original lid and spoon are not available. The Savona design features blue flowers and leaves on embossed white fine porcelain. This oval dish has an attached under-plate. High end fine porcelain maker Richard Ginori went bankrupt in 2013 and the business was bought by Gucci. The gold label shows that the Ginori family business started in 1735 in Italy. I do not actually know when this piece was made.
