This Vintage Raised Relief Embossed White Majolica Ceramic Covered Sugar Bowl Italy has a lovely leaf and twig design. The surface is textured much like an orange.

It has a few flaws: a chip on the leaf edge and leaf tip and small chips along the bottom rim of the cover. Please look at the photos carefully - I have photographed it from all angles with close-ups of the chips - the photos are the best description.

It measures 3 7/8" tall with the cover on and is approx. 3 1/2" in diameter at the widest point. The bowl opening is 2 7/8" in diameter on the inside rim. There is an opening for a spoon.

This lovely piece would make a great addition to your majolica collection and table setting.
