This is a wonderful set of a dozen sterling silver seafood forks by the silversmith George W. Shiebler of New York. The handles are decorated in high relief with a floral motif. The tines are gilded and also have flowers. They appear to never have been used and are in pristine condition. The back of the handles are beautifully engraved with a scrolled monogram. Circa: 1890. Dimensions: Length: 4 1/2", Width at widest point: 1/2", Weight: 174 grams.
