"Albi" by Christofle is an elegant, modern design that stands on its own as well as fitting in with other patterns whether plate or sterling. Christofle plate is like old Sheffield plate in that it is durable and made to give enjoyable service for years. This spoon has substantial weight and its almost-smooth back makes it comfortable to hold. Officially listed as a vegetable/potato ladle, the bowl has slightly more depth than most serving spoons and has shoulders to help contain vegetables such as new potatoes or brussels sprouts, or berries or fruit salad. It is 8 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. This spoon has had minimal use and is in excellent condition.
