This California pottery six-piece serving set is marked Orchard Dinnerware and Orange Blossom Hollywood Ware was produced in the 1950's by the California Ceramics Company of Calabasas, California.

It includes one pitcher, one serving tray or platter, and four cups. Each piece is hand-decorated with part of an orange tree and depicts the fruit, blossoms, leaves, and branch. All of these details are slightly raised above the smooth, peachy blush background for a three-dimensional look and texture. The oranges even include the fine bumps all over that you would feel if you picked them off of the branch!

I love how functional and decorative this drinkware is. The quintessential juice set for hosting a whimsical brunch in the garden or displaying in a beautiful hutch.
