This Depression Vaseline glass handled cake plate was made by the Anchor Hocking Glass Co. and it is pressed glass pressed in the Cameo pattern that they produced from 1930-1934. The Cameo pattern is a raised glass design featuring an ornate hanging garland motif with a lovely dancing ballerina girl in a cameo which surrounds the entire piece. This cake plate was made with Uranium that was added to the glass to give it the vibrant green color which glows a bright green under the black light. The cake plate measures 11 1/2" wide from handle to handle by 3/4" tall by 1/4" deep and it is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no repairs to the glass, and very little wear to the piece for it's age.
