Lovely set of 11 Crown Ducal square salad / dessert plates.With their bold solid green hue, slender black line at the rim, and a white edge they suggest a streamlined Art Deco aesthetic.The design transends many style periods and will blend nicely with traditional as well as contemporary dinnerware. Research indicates that these colorful plates were introduced by Crown Ducal in 1921 and the backstamp was used throughout the 1920s.

Very good antique condition; vibrant color, no cracks, no crazing, small edge chips which do not detract from use or appearance.
