A vintage 1950s Fratelli Toso blue and white art glass ashtray and catch-all bowl. Shaped like a butterfly, the bowl has a slight swirl of gold aventurine. The underside is opalescent, while the bowl's surface is sky blue.
The ashtray is 10 inches long, 7 inches wide, and 2 inches high. It weighs nearly 3 lbs.
No maker's mark or label. Made by Fratelli Toso of Murano fame in the 1950s.
