Large Blenko Charcoal 920 L decanter with clear stopper.This model was first produced in the 1950's. Charcoal was used in 1954-1958; 1961-1962; and 1971. I deduce this decanter was made 1962 or before, since the 920 decanter was not shown in the 1971 catalog.
