Vintage Ivima Glass Pink Candy Dish / Compote

Beautiful pink glass candy dish with a crimped floral design.

This elegant soft pink piece is a Diamond Point footed dessert bowl produced by the Ivima Glass Co in Portugal in the 1950s - 1960s, although the company is still manufacturing glass today, so the exact production date is unclear. Ivima produced multiple designs of this candy dish with various crimping designs on the rim. Often mistaken for Fenton, Jeannette, and Indiana Glass. (Often sold claiming to be such brands as well). Ivima is a long-running glass company based in Portugal but has little history documented online, so often searches produce false results leading to US glassmakers.

It measures 6" tall and 6 1/2" wide. Has a footed stem with a diamond point ball, hobnail pattern, star pattern underneath.
