We are offering for sale a vintage 1960s Neoclassical French looking set of 24 pieces of bone china by Castleton (former USA company). The beautiful pattern, Lavallière, was made from 1958 - 1967. The design could be used with many design styles. The robin’s egg blue/aqua, pink and gold design are on creamy colored bone china. Gilt inner rim and outer rim. This short lived company had an interesting history, which included designing china for two Presidents, Einsenhower and LBJ. Also, this company at one time produced china for Haviland and Rosenthal china companies.
