This piece is in near mint condition. The blue portion is a highly textured pebble design, while the gold is a foil type, both in excellent condition. Based on the design, color and gold coupled with the pebbled texture I would date these some time from the 20s to 40s. Other pieces are listed separately in my chairish store.
