Vintage hand-painted ceramic plate in whimsical colors of yellow and green. 10"d. The plate was made in the 1950s-1970s in Italy and marked P.V. 6737. "P.V." is known as Peasant Valley, a line that was manufactured for Mitteldorfer Straus, NY. The styling is reminiscent of Deruta pottery in central Italy. A very nice plate and worthy of hanging as decor.
