The "Harvest" Fruit pattern is one of the oldest patterns of the JB Taylor Company which was founded in 1815 in Louisville, Kentucky. It is known for it's beautiful earthy designs and it's durability.
Interesting fact about this stoneware: Clay used by the company comes from western Indiana and it has been suggested that the clay may be up to 250 million years old.
