Anchor Hocking
Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation was created in 1937 from the merger of Hocking Glass with the Anchor Cap and Closure Corporation. A few years later, in 1942, they introduced their hugely popular heat-proof "Fire-King" glassware, which was made in Lancaster, Ohio, from 1942 until 1976. Fire-King glass till wows collectors with its milky hues and mid-century modern silhouettes.
